Aerial video of Lake Delton( Wisconsin) Flood Damage. Lake Delton was completely drained and all the water went into Wisconsin river which subsequently overflowed. Heavy rains cut a new channel and allowed all the water to empty. Plans call for re-filling the lake as soon as possible.
